Powder Coating is often referred to as "Dry Painting". Finely ground pure polymers combined with pigment are electro- statically charged and sprayed onto the part to be coated. The bonding characteristics of powder coating and the protection it provides against corrosion are unsurpassed and can be utilized as a superior alternative to wet painting on metal parts. We only use top quality powder from major powder manufactures. Our process does meet the 1000 salt spray test. Powder coating is specified because of it' durability, scratch resistance, gloss retention, weather ability, resistance to chalking, and wide range of colors, finishes, glosses and textures and meets AAMA specifications and because it is environmentally friendly.
