Shipping Form 

• Parts must be totally disassembled. Any disassembly of parts (i.e. seals, bushings, gaskets, bearing) by us will be charged at $75.00 per hour. Also, any request to have items reassembled will be charged $75.00 per hour.
• Parts can not contain any body filler. They will ruin the coating. Some minor imperfections may be filled by our process. Call for details.
• Additional charges will apply to RUSH jobs and for parts that remain in storage longer than 7 business days after powder coating has been completed and contact has been made for pickup or delivery.

• Pad your parts really well! Parts can become damaged during shipping. We are not liable for any damage done during shipping. Damages must be handled through the company that you used to ship your part. Make sure you COMPLETELY fill out and enclose the Calder Powder Coating shipping form.

• COMPLETELY fill out the required shipping form. Enclose a 50% deposit payment. We accept Certified Check, Visa or Mastercard. You may want to ship via UPS, FedEX, or USPS Priority
