HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
We provide top quality service at the best rates. Your price is based on size and type of the part to be powder coated. For a free quote, please contact us or come by with the product for us to take a look. It is our job to make sure you get the best finished product at an affordable price.
If you have already purchased the desired powder to be used, we will be glad to provide the coating and sealing process. Your price will be determined by the services we provide.
We do provide sandblasting as a service. If you have an item that needs sandblasting only, we will be glad to provide the service and charge sandblasting rates based on the size and type of product.
DO I HAVE TO BRING MY ITEM IN FOR PROCESSING OR MAY I SHIP TO YOU?
You must bring it into our office. We are located on Corporation Way in Darlington, SC, just a short distance off the interstate and easy to find! Due to packaging and damage risks with shipping, we do not accept shipped items. And we will not mail a finished product. You will need to come back in for a pick-up. We always give you the opportunity to view your finished product for complete satisfaction before remitting payment.
I WANT TO HAVE MY RIMS POWDER COATED. WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR DROPPING OFF?
Please completely break down the tires and rims before bringing in. We need just the rims. We will tape off all the necessary spaces and plug all holes to ensure an exceptional finished product.
I WANT TO BRING SOMETHING TO BE POWDER COATED, BUT I HAVE A PARTICULAR COLOR REQUEST. HOW DOES THIS WORK?
We will do color matching. You will need to bring in a sample of the desired color and we will work to match it for you. We cannot however accept a liquid paint color code or view a color swatch in an email.
Due to screen resolution and liquid color codes not corresponding with powder codes, we need to see an actual sample. With our extensive range of colors and textures, matching can be done!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A FINISHED PRODUCT?
We work with great precision and take our time to ensure you receive the best finish on your product.
A normal turnaround time for a finished product is 1-2 weeks. This can vary due to the size of the item and/or the services performed.
WHEN DO I PAY?
You will remit payment for your product at time of pick-up.
When dropping off your item, you will receive an estimate of the charges.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept cash, credit cards and checks. We do not set up payment plans for small personal orders.
